We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that if you are paying from one country and shipping to another country, you should use the regular checkout process and not "checkout with PayPal".
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up according to their weight ranges.
Free shipping over $99.00 ($69.00 for the USA) does not include the following countries: Gulf Cooperation Council, France, Philippines.
RR — Israel Post (Standard NO Tracking Number) — 3-4 weeks (excluding customs).
RY — Israel Post (Signature required) — 3-4 weeks (excluding customs).
LX — Israel Post (Standard Shipping with Tracking Number) — 2-3 weeks (excluding customs).
EMS — Israel Post (Express Shipping) — 1-2 weeks (excluding customs) (western Europe 2-3 weeks).
UPS (Expedited) — 4-6 days (excluding customs).
Regular Returns and Refunds
The buyer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in case of a standard order (less than 1000$). The buyer should arrange the return shipment. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refund of a lost/delayed package only after it returns to the sender or 120 days.
Costs for Unclaimed / Rejected Orders
In cases where the buyer didn't claim the items at the destination or failed to clear customs/taxes, the package will return to us automatically and the cost of return will be applied to the buyer.
When using Israel Post this will usually be free or low cost.
When using UPS this cost may be high, sometimes higher than the outbound shipping, so we recommend that you make sure the contact person details are correct, the contact person is available and responds, track the shipment and follow the customs clearance and tax regulations of your country. For most countries personal imports are exempt of regulations and enter without trouble. Countries which are more difficult and should take care: Spain, Italy, Brazil.
You should expect to receive your refund when the package was returned to us, however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your payment service to process our refund request.
If you receive an item and believe that there has been an error in packing, please contact us first so we can help. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
For wholesale orders / larger than 1000$
These will be considered as wholesale orders and returns/refunds for them will be discussed and decided according to the specific situation.
Local Laws, Regulations and Taxes
When buying and receiving a package from our website, you are the importer and should comply with local laws and regulations of your country. In the USA and most countries, personal use quantities don't require special import permits.
Countries which charge import taxes - you may be required to pay Duties / VAT / GST on import, especially in the European Union. New international postal regulations introduced in 2020 require the original invoice to be attached to the package.
Important Update to Customers in the European Union
Starting 06.04.2022 onwards, we will not charge VAT from EU customers on our store and the receiver will pay it in their country upon import. This only concerns orders shipped to the European Union. We will continue to evaluate the situation and improve again when possible.
*If you are a buyer who wishes to ship goods to another receiver and want to pay DDP or use your own courier account, we can help you specifically. Send us a message in that case.
*If you bought before 06.04.2022 and import VAT was charged from you and after having been paid at the time of purchase, the amount paid on the website may be returned to the customer. Please send us the receipt of your local import tax.
