Thermacura contains an herbal mixture of Angelica Juniper, Lovage and Safflower.
Usage: Clean and, if necessary, shave area on body to optimize adhesive power of pad. Remove pad from airtight package. Knead heat chambers briefly and gently. Apply pad. Remove after 8 hours.
